Have your say on the services provided by the Public Health Nursing Service. Monday 4 October to Monday 15 November 2021. This consultation is closed.
We carried out a consultation on the Public Health Nursing Service (Health visitor and school nursing service) to gather your views to help shape the way we design the service for the future. We want to make sure that any service is fit for purpose and meets the needs of Herefordshire families, children and young people.
The Public Health Nursing Service 0-19 years is the work carried out in the community by the health visitors and schools nurses. All the services deliver the National Healthy Child Programme 0-19 to children and their families within Herefordshire.
We asked for your views if you use (or have used) these services, either as a parent or a professional. In particular, we were interested in your views and comments on:
- The service you have received
- What you value about the service
- Suggestions for improvements
- Extra support you feel your family would benefit from as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic
The consultation ran from 4 October - 15 November 2021. We will use the feedback you gave us to help inform any decisions we make about changes to the service we commission. The results of the survey will be published on this page when available.
