We asked for your views on NHS Health Checks in Herefordshire. We were interested in your views if you are between 40 and 79 years of age, whether you have attended for your NHS Health Check or not.
The NHS health check is a free health check for people between 40 and 74 years of age. In Herefordshire, NHS Health Checks are undertaken at GP practices. As we get older, we have a higher risk of developing conditions like high blood pressure, heart disease or type 2 diabetes. The NHS Health Check can spot early signs and help prevent these happening.
We are committed to delivering high quality services to our residents and your feedback will help us achieve this. We are gaining feedback from GPs and health care assistants via their own questionnaire. The responses we receive, together with other data on the service, will be used to inform the shape of services in the future.
