Herefordshire Council, Wye Valley NHS Trust and NHS Herefordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) asked for your feedback on accessing and using the county's community equipment service during the past five years.
Currently operated on behalf of the partners by NRS Healthcare Ltd, the integrated community equipment service (ICES) loans a wide range of medical equipment to people across the county. The equipment includes hospital beds, hoists, commodes, riser recliner chairs and telecare equipment, such as pendant alarms and key safes.
The consultation closed on 22 April 2019.
The feedback from the consultation will be used to improve the service offered to residents in the future.
