We asked for your views on the NHS Health Check if you have attended, or if you have been invited but not attended a health check. This free health check is for people between 40 and 74 years of age to assess their risk of developing heart disease, stroke, kidney disease or diabetes.
The reason we wanted your feedback is that as we are committed to delivering high quality services to our residents we need to conduct a series of quality assurance reviews of our health check programme. GPs and health care assistants also provided their feedback via their own questionnaire. The completed review and analysis will be used to inform the shape and configuration of services in the future.
The survey ran from Friday 7 June to Sunday 4 August 2019.
